Event Waiver
I hereby make application to participate in the Windrush State Titles 2027 Organised by the WA Windrush Association to be held at Dunsborough Bay yacht Club (DBYC) on the 26th of February 2027 to the 28th of February 2027.
All those participating in the series do so at their own risk. WA Windrush Association and DBYCÂ and their officers, members and volunteers accept no liability for loss of life or property or personal injury or damage occurring during or arising from the Regatta.
All competitors are required to be financial members of an Australian Sailing affiliated yacht or sailing club and hold a current Australian Sailing Number.
All competitors must have third party insurance prior to signing this entry form and the Insurance Cover must be valid until after the completion of the Regatta. By entering the Regatta, competitors declare that they have the requisite valid insurance policy in place, as per Clause 16 of the Notice of Race.
